Service Disclaimer

Residential Single Family Pricing Only, Call for commercial quote. If the customer does not have their leaves ready when the crew arrives, a 50% trip fee will be charged and the service will need to be rescheduled. The fee being charged is for leaf removal only. Large sticks and limbs (over 1" in diameter) will not be vacuumed up and will be left on the curb for the customer to dispose of. However, Fairbanks Property Services is a full service maintenance company that can handle all of your home landscape needs. Please contact us if you have additional work that needs to be addressed and we will provide a reasonable estimate.

Simply go to the order form on this site, decide if you would like us to rake your yard for you or if you are going to rake the leaves yourself. Complete the order form and your leaves will be picked up within 24-48 hours. No bagging necessary! Fairbanks Property Services uses a high powered vacuum to remove the leaves from your curb. If you plan to do the raking yourself, just create long even piles along your curb. Since our vacuum truck can only pick up leaves and some light pine straw, please keep dirt, large sticks and branches away from the leaf piles.
