Curbside Leaf Removal
Our leaf pick up service fee is calculated on the amount of leaves you have. We have a $95 base charge that completes the typical job, (includes the first half hour). For larger amounts of leaves there is a $25 charge for every additional 1/4 hour our vacuum truck operates.

Raking/Blowing Service
We have a $85 base charge to clear your property of leaves. This includes one hour to move the leaves to a pick up area. The typical job is completed within that hour. For larger sized lots and those homes where leaves may have to be moved a large distance, there is a $20 charge per every additional 1/4 hour of raking/blowing.

Simply go to the order form on this site, decide if you would like us to rake your yard for you or if you are going to rake the leaves yourself. Complete the order form and your leaves will be picked up within 24-48 hours. No bagging necessary! Fairbanks Property Services uses a high powered vacuum to remove the leaves from your curb. If you plan to do the raking yourself, just create long even piles along your curb. Since our vacuum truck can only pick up leaves and some light pine straw, please keep dirt, large sticks and branches away from the leaf piles.
